If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would! Miguel was recommended to us, and we’re so glad we called America Pro Carpet Cleaning. We have cats and had a couple of spots in our carpet where their nails had left some damage. Miguel arrived quickly and fixed it perfectly—it looked like nothing ever happened! After that, we asked about getting the carpets cleaned, and he was happy to help with that as well. I visited Alexandria to see my son and grandson. My son's carpet needed to be cleaned the same day because I wanted everything sanitized for my grandson after his surgery. I called and spoke with Johnathan, who was very friendly and managed to fit us in within a few hours, even though he was really busy. we recently found water coming into our home and called a carpet cleaning company. a team with two trucks arrived in just 30 minutes. in about 2 hours, they had removed all the water, pulled up the carpet, and took out the wet padding and damaged sheetrock. before leaving, they set up a bunch of air dryers and moisture removers, and left the equipment running for several days to make sure everything got completely dry. they also took away all the damaged stuff. over the next few days, they took care of the whole repair job, ... read more
