I am sitting in the pharmacy at the moment waiting on a prescription. This is the WORST..I mean the WORST pharmacy ever!!!! Been waiting for eye drops for over an hour. Appt was at 1030, its 1:02. I had my hubby go to the counter to see of the drops had to be specially made somewhere else and dropped off. This is crazy!!!
Arrowhead pharmacy and waited an hour. Asked if the time to wait was on the screen was accurate and I was told no it was an average. I was picking up basic meds I could buy at the store for a procedure. My PA told me I couldn’t pick it up at my normal pharmacy. An hour later everyone else has been served and they are calling numbers after mine. I’ve been to Navy pharmacies all over the world and this is the absolute worst!
You'll be lucky if you receive the proper prescriptions. Always a mistake in something at this pharmacy. Go to the 5th Floor of the tower to provide feedback.
Two stars because I did eventually get my medicine. Be prepared to wait an hour or more on a good day. Usually only 2 windows out of 8 open at a time.
