America One Technologies always shows a sense of urgency in resolving any IT issues that West Insurance has ever had. Always friendly and explanations are presented in a user-friendly way. They were a life saver during the beginning of Covid when many of us had to set up satellite offices in our homes. Ensuring that we had complete access to our Agency Management System from remote locations and helping us set up our home printers and fax servers. We would be lost without them.
