To start off, Cortney is absolutely amazing. I’m pretty sure she’s the Lead Teller there, at the Maceys Location. I’ve had fraud on my account for almost a year and she has called, mailed, and followed up every week. She has taken care of every aspect of my account. I can not express my gratitude enough for her.
