I've been with AFCU for a few months now and I would always go to the Tempe location because Yulissa is very clear, patient, and an expert at her job. I'm excited to follow her to her new branch and receive the same service she has always been giving me.
The branch has a very welcoming energy and staff makes you feel as if you were part of their team! Yulissa, the branch manager, is a sweetheart. I will definitely be taking my business here more often.

Will consider switching from my CU. Will be helpful if you address the lower than 5 ratings and any cited customer service complaints. Living up to advertising claims is important.
Wasn't greeted properly, I have been to other locations and was never ignored. And even if other establishments were busy, right away they greet and say we will be right with you. Overall not very pleased. Eventually the same person that walked right past me with no words finally walked back by to say something. I felt invisible for a few minutes 🤷🏽♀️
