Great customer service
Opened an america first Credit account with ease thanks to the amazing help of Ms. Abigail Downing. She was very professional with a nice smile and was able to answer all my questions with good knowledge. Even though I was opening a bank account there was no pressure and I enjoyed the little small talk while processing my info. All in all great experience and ill be back to deposit more money I promise. Ooh and before I forget I give 10💫 to Ms. Abigail
All the positive things I have heard, going out the window. We switched from a large bank to a local credit Union. I will say, that the front line staff is super friendly! But their system is terrible! Their answers to problems from whoever is on the other side of the phone line they are calling seem to be less than honest.
