Did not want to take/count my coins because they “didn’t have a counter machine”. Made me eat $3.76 out of my money I was looking to deposit by using the cash converter at the Macey’s register. It was only about $28 (3/4 of which was quarters). Had no other choice as this was the only location near me open past 3 pm on a Saturday. What kind of bank doesn’t accept coins? There was also nobody in line behind me when I got to the counter and they made a comment about it being busy.

A bunch of scammers. They told me if I did a personal loan that I could get a credit card so I can increase my credit. So I did the personal loan, that I didn't need btw with high interest then they denied my both the credit card and an auto loan while pulling and ruining the credit I built through those 6 months. I've been banking with them since I was a small child, so over 20 years and this is how they treat me.
Always nice and friendly. Been using this branch for years.
