They had three tellers available with three customers present. Yet the two male gender ones chose to flirt with one of the female customers and waste around ten minutes of the customers that are now piling time! Please don't waste your time here and go for the other locations across Utah County. This place is a shame for AFCU.
Worst America first branch in utah county. So insanely slow no matter day or time.
Hours are wrong, extremely frustrating. Came at 3:30 on a Monday and they were all locked up with no one there
I decided to finally join AFCU after signing up so many of my clients unfortunately, I didn’t get the star treatment they did. No folder with bank info I had received a bonus check from my employer and wanted to deposit it however, I was discouraged from doing so and was told My account basically would be on a 30 day hold for deposits, transactions etc Even If I chose to deposit cash it be on hold for a couple of days.
