How does this place only have 3.9 stars and not 5?! I’ve been coming here for about four years now. The thing I like most about it is that there is virtually no turnover, so we’ve had the same banker Zack Who has helped us with auto loans, a HELOC, and now I’m working with him on a business equipment loan. This 3 star grade is for the online banking software! It's horrible, every time I go to pay on an account online it tells me it's unavailable at this time. So, frustrating when you have limited free time as it is and trying to stay on top of pay your bills.
