Money was taken out of my account by fraud. I reported it. They couldn’t help me at all. Blamed it on visa. East decision to switch banks.

The absolute dismissal by the representative at 6:02 was unnecessary I rushed in at 6:02 out of breath and asked if they could please let me deposit cash and the gentleman simply responded with nope sorry drawers are locked, and went back to talking to the other two account representative ma like I wasn’t there. It’s great to know the kind of support this branch offers. It’s amazing to know that when someone has an emergency these “employees”will take a moment to offer a moment of support.
