I called everyday and waited the 15 minutes for a representative. 15 turned into 45 minutes so of course i hung up. Schedule a call backs and the line would call me and be unresponsive. So if I leave a comment mabey I will get a call awnserd tomarrow. I'm afraid my account is compromised and I can't get ahold of anyone to help. When the phone rings, awnser it. It could be a lawyer. I may call the establishment if I go in person to see who is being lazy. I will make a formal complaint when it happens. Thank you,
