They always have only one person working the front counter. With employees just walking in circle worst credit union!
I'll update this review once changes are made. You can't change your user name for their online system... EVER. Business banking is so cumbersome. Everyone I need to do a wire transfer I'm treated like I'm money laundering. It's SO painful to do a wire transfer here. If you need business banking, I suggest you look elsewhere.
My experiences of horrible ATM service are multiple. - ATM took cash without actually depositing into my account. Employees wouldn't help me because they were almost closed. My cash hasn't been recovered.
Aaron was very patient in helping us set up some savings accounts and gave us great information. We are very excited about them. Yanel just helped us, my husband and I were both nervous about starting a certificate savings and deciding on which one and we had a lot of questions. Yanel was so kind and patient even though we stayed until close. Thank you so much Yanel we are excited about our new savings plan!
