Fast, affective, and super easy! Aaron was very smart and helpful. We were in and out in 20 minutes with everything we needed. They also print their debit cards on site now, so we came in and made an account and had the card all in one trip!
I truly do love AFCU, it will always hold a special place in my heart. I do think it needs to have some changes though. It would be nice to have a self check in for loan officers so it can explain approximate wait times or so that if tellers are free that they can assist, but if they are unavailable, so they can assist their members prior. Tellers should also explain more of what they are trying to accomplish. When tellers assist they should explain any documents that need a signature prior to them being signed.
