Your account has got hacked, its not worth the time or effort to even see why. I just left the account and their hired*hackers. They hire (tiffany & jade) from other credit unions (Mountain High federal Credit Union) They take homes away from adopted kids. And let them sit there for over 10 Years abandon till your roof collapse then let squatters live on the property. External transfer parameters are not customer friendly. AFCU would rather lose a well established customer in good standing than reasonably adjust their guidelines. Poor customer service. These guys are afraid of their own shadow, not in the least bit business savy, BYE BYE
Connie Thomas is amazing! Extremely helpful!! I was lost and confused trying to deal with a trade in with my old bank, UCCU, and she set me up a new account, helped me apply for the auto loan, and even showed me what was hurting my credit and who to call to get it resolved. I was very impressed with her.
