I went to the local branch for assistance with a stressful matter and was very quickly helped at the counter by Allie. I could tell that she truly cared as she listened with compassion and addressed my needs. This is the type of customer service that makes a difference in matters such as mine. Never EVER use America first! I have my card turned off through cardlock, and all charges are still going through. Even when then card says declined, I am still being charged. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
