WORST bank EVER! As soon as I pay off my auto loan I’m closing all accounts with them. The tellers do not care what you’re going through, the managers will not speak with you face to face, the customer service line is useless. They take at least 3 days to process checks. God forbid they update your account balances in a reasonable time frame. Do not open an account here under any circumstances.
As a retired military veteran of 25 years, I have dealt with banks and credit unions in Germany, Japan, Turkey and several US states and without a doubt, America First Credit Union is the WORST financial institution I have been involved with! Two months after financing an auto loan through them I found they failed to order a title for my vehicle. Don't go to this branch drive through unless you have 30 minutes or more to spare!! I even asked them to just send my deposit back out in the tube and I'll go somewhere else! Terriblely slow customer service!!!
Took 20 minutes to cash one check although it wasn’t busy. The bank tried to put a 3 day hold on an insignificant amount. Had to negotiate to get them to not hold it. Have done business here 20+ years. Nice front desk. Poor back management. Will take business to elsewhere.
