Because it's Respected
I had a loan with them which I paid off 2 years ago and they sent me a charge of $136.00. When I called them they kept asking for a social security number which is odd when I give them all the verifications but they couldn’t pull the account and they kept insisting on the social number. Once I told them that I don’t have it they rudely hung up the phone. Very sketchy bank Id stay clear.
Johnathan was great, and he helped me and my husband with our line of credit. He explained everything we needed wonderfully.
