Terrible customer service.If they screw up you have to fix it.They did a typo on my monthly payment and basically said I have to fix it with my financial institution.They said they lowered the amount to the original loan agreement but my guess is they will screw up again and I will have to waste more of my time calling them back.Its a every month thing.
Some of the best Customer service i’ve ever had anywhere. i wouldn’t trust anyone else with my money and they’ve always helped me even when I don’t know what to do myself. Can’t suggest it enough.
Such friendly, easy service. Always a good experience. Kids get suckers, I get peace of mind.
Will was awesome! He was so patient and kind helping us open 4 different accounts today and we had our 2 toddlers with us and he was so nice to them and gave them 2 piggy banks plus an extra just for fun lol.
