Thank you to Braydon, Branch Manager for helping me with a problem I’ve been facing for a few months.
Staff is poorly trained. The latest issue I’ve had to call back 5 times to get it moved along. Each time they said someone would contact me and never did. Previous issues are staff not having a clue what to do and then wasting time on the phone trying to figure it out. But it never gets resolved. Best thing to do is hang up when you have someone with little knowledge and call back. I will move to a different bank that has it more together in the future.
Made a withdrawal of 6k, no questions asked and done. That’s what I love about this credit union. Hassle free, from my experiences.
11-21-24 me and my wife has banked with America's first for a while now all our car loans have been thru these guys for years we refinanced our car loans today the loan agent was fast and had our application approved 30min after I left that branch awesome work at getting them approved quickly
Staff are friendly, but when it came to getting the title for my car it took almost 3 months due to being clueless about the procedure. I had to do all the leg work to finally get it done after many visits and running around and calling around. Also, the app is terrible.
