I called today, because I needed to increase my daily cash withdrawal limit and i was told they can't do that. I explained I'm currently in a state where branches aren't located, so I have no other option. This is very disappointing and putting me in a difficult situation that can easily be avoided.
I don't have an account with them, but I used one of their ATMs and it was excellent. Got my cash without fees, and used it to deposit some cash later. Fantistic.
Owen was super helpful and very friendly. I have always had a great experience with the tellers at this branch. AFCU is the best and this location always goes the extra mile to ensure that I’m capitalizing on every opportunity to make my money work for me! Can’t speak highly enough, shoutout to Owen (great name as well).
