If you have an auto loan with these guys, please understand that auto-draft does not turn off automatically. They have this awesome “skip-a-payment” option, but if you don’t turn off autodraft, it does no good! They also continue to autodraft after the loan is paid off! Really, this should not be happening!
Do yourself a favor and drive to Any Other America.First you can find stay away from this place like a plague. Was told that the hold on my deposit was corporate policy. I spoke with corporate. It's a branch discretionary policy. I asked them to make separate deposits. They lumped it together as a single deposit. They obviously don't care about you as a person. west jordan branch doing awesome !
Came in a while back to open a new account and was denied because I “ didn’t have my social security card present”. I thought nothing of it but now that I have opened 5 accounts elsewhere, I’ve never been asked for my social security card, just the number. I can’t imagine why they would need the card present.
