I'd like to commend Jenny Charlesworth at the West Jordan branch. Her exceptional attention and dedication are truly remarkable. She's a fantastic resource and a pleasure to work with, always going the extra mile to help.
Went to visit AFCU at Jordan Landing in West Jordan UT at 5:27 pm on Aug 18, 2025 - well before the posted 6 pm close time - only to find the doors locked, the drive thru closed. Apparently there was an Ebola event posted on the AFCU website, but no posted notification at this branch. Wazzup?
We were at the West Jordan Utah branch of America First Credit Union to try and get our Online account working. Both my wife and I have been having problems in getting in. We are in our late 70s, and I am almost deaf. Noora was assigned to help us. She did an excellent and outstanding job of helping us. She helped us change our password installed the software on my iPhone and iPad and helped us. We did not tell her this, but we were considering closing the account in the new future. Customer service was very nice and nicely time managed with having plenty of customers. Came in to get my first credit card and a line of credit Jenny was very nice and went over everything thoroughly with me
