Terrible terrible customer service! Hung up on me after I asked my question!!!!! What the heck?
Every month we seem to have the same problems with American Chung Nam. We call several times at different times during the day only to be put on hold for 20-30 minutes and have someone pickup the phone and hang up on you. When you call back, you are dumped into their voicemail system again where you wait on hold until you are hung up on again.
