This shop quoted me one price for fixing a dent on my rear bumper, but when I came to pick up the car, the bill was almost double. They claimed they had to “replace extra clips” and “spend more hours” without ever calling me for approval. The quality doesn’t justify the cost either — you can still see small dents they didn’t fix properly. When I tried to discuss it with the manager, he got defensive and blamed “the insurance company.” Totally dishonest and unprofessional behavior.

I brought my car in for minor paint work, and when I picked it up, there was a deep scratch on the hood that wasn’t there before. I showed the staff photos of my car from the day I dropped it off, but they flat-out denied causing it. The manager said, “It must have already been there.” Absolutely ridiculous. They refused to take responsibility or even offer a small discount. This shop has no integrity whatsoever. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere else.

My car sat in this shop for almost a month for what should have been a one-week repair. Every time I called, they said it would be ready “tomorrow.” When I finally got it back, the front bumper wasn’t aligned properly and one of the headlights was loose. I had to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly. They clearly don’t care about deadlines or quality — just about getting paid. The lack of communication and accountability was beyond frustrating.
