This review relates to the 3-day trip from LA, Hearst Castle, SF, Yosemite from 10/29/31. Chartered Bus 118 did not have toilet facilities so stops were made in truck stops, 99 ranch markets, Chinese buffet restaurants with restrooms. After the tour at Hearst Castle, we stopped at the restroom & line was long. The 2nd restroom was being cleaned. My friend & I waited & by the time our turn came, I had stomach problems. On tour at the moment for Yellowstone / Mt. Rushmore. The driver of the bus 56178 is very rude! We were a little bit late to get in the bus and said I said sorry and he shouted and he was furious , No sorry, sorry. It was a dinner stop and there was grocery beside it and the line was long. Actually our hotel for the night was just a 5 minute ride from where we were. He could have just said not to be late next time.

I am Arlene Kua, we (my daughter and I) joined the American Asia to L.A and Las Vegas last 6/4 to 6/9 2013. He was our tour guide for Las Vegas and Grand Canyon trip. we are expecting a pleasant and happy trip since it is a graduation gift to my daughter. Paul ho who is a professional tour guide, I expect him to always take care of the best interest of his group. Bad service – About the driver of the White bus (Volvo) #309 at 7:00PM - May 31-2010 in Irvine. He dropped about 40 tourist at the wrong place instead of 99 Market location. Almost tourist requested him to do a right place but he refused! That made inconvenience for us. That's so bad!!! We will never come back with this this travel agency.

Moron not to be trusted – You trust them with your family. These morons do not drop them off where they were picked up, in front of the local travel office that they said they would. My family were dropped off after dark and they don't know where they were and couldn't tell me. How could they, they were just tourists. What happened was that they were dropped off in the strip mall across the road. The driver did that to avoid a u-turn. BAD Customer Service! – Okay, so I went to LA to visit my cousin from Texas, and decided we should join a chinese tour to go to San francisco since they're very cheap. We are the younger crowd, early 20's. All the rest are around 35-60's. The tour guide, of course, did not pay much attention to what we needed since he thinks the elderly will give him more tips by the end of the trip.
