I've been going to them for about 3 years now. I love the after-hours pickup option. The team here is always helpful, communicates clearly, and most importantly, they’re honest. When multiple repairs come up, they take the time to explain which ones are most urgent, what risks might come with waiting, and how to split the work into what fits your budget without compromising safety. Their transparency and guidance make it easy to make the best decision for your situation.
This day and age it’s nice to deal with a shop that is honest at a fair price. I used to deal with another shop near jiffy lube and I can tell you no comparison.
Always great service from this business. I've been a customer for a few years and will continue to be one. Greg, one of the associates, goes above and beyond to give my Subaru the best care possible. A really appreciate it.
Was traveling from Florida to NY when oil low light came on. I added oil and within 10 mi. it was on again. I pulled in to America 1st and asked them to take a look. They were busy but within a short time my car was up, inspected, serviced and I was on my way. The staff was great and provided us more than a few laughs while we waited..Thank you!
