We bought a three-year-old home from AmeriBuilt in January 2021. Initially, we were impressed by the fantastic layout and prime location. However, we encountered issues with settling decks due to improperly backfilled soil, leading to support column separation from the roof. Despite contacting the builder, they refused to take responsibility and demanded $15K for repairs. We had to involve the home warranty company, which revealed building code violations. It’s a nice place and great friendly staff but if you don’t have any experience in quickbook they will not train you and they don’t have the staff to train you if you don’t have experience in that don’t bother coming in to interview because they will just deny you on the spot and the interview will be 6 seconds i totally don’t recommend interviewing or applying here unless you have experience or know how to use quickbook!
We decided to renovate our home as we had outgrown the one we were in. After interviewing several builders, it was clear that the only logical choice was to hire AmeriBuilt for this job. Eddie was very thorough in his initial consultation and laid out a clear expectation of timeline and cost.
