If I could rate them no stars I would. Working with them has been nothing but a fiasco! To start with the mortgage boker told us that we would not need to pay down a student loan to get a mortgage. We were in the process of paying the loan down with some investments when we applied. When the loan went to committee, the first thing they told us was to pay down the loan.
