I signed a contract with Ameribath early in March 2023 to remodel my bathroom. It is now late October and all I get is excuses why they haven’t even started the project. Despite my contacts with the owner of Ameribath no work has been done. I was asked in March to give them one half of the cost of the project. I did this. They have kept my deposit which was substantial. I remain greatly frustrated. This is a warning to other potential customers..
They say they stand by lifetime warranty but never return any phone calls regarding the issues. The person answering the phone states they will have TJ the manager call us back and never a response. We have been trying to get help for over 6 months or more
We ordered a replacement shower in February, and were told to expect delivery in 12 to 16 weeks. After 18 weeks I sent a text to the salesman, who said he would have the manager contact me. We heard nothing, and after 3 weeks, the last text from the salesman was he no longer works there. We have called the office 4 times and were told we need to speak to the owner TJ, but no response. Do not do business with this company. We'll probably end up having to take legal action to get our down payment back.
Ordered a shower September of 2022. We new there were delays with product so we were patient with a delay. My wife would call periodically with no answer and no returned calls. Finally someone answered and the owner TJ was surprised it wasn’t installed. Then boom, again crickets. I decided I would stop in at their store in late May. TJ assured me they were going to install, gave me his card and told me to call the following week, as they had to find the missing door. I called after a week and once again nothing. I would not recommend this company; they NEVER return phone calls! I ordered my shower over 3 months ago, was supposed to take 4-6 weeks! Have no idea when I will get my shower, if ever. To this date, still cannot get any communication from anyone on my install date. I have requested they refund my $6K.
