Update: I have the emails to prove exactly what happened. Their response doesn’t change the facts. I stand by every word in this review. Very disappointing experience. About a month before finalizing our Revocable Trust, I raised several concerns about its provisions. I was told that a revocable trust could be amended later and was advised to wait 6 months for our MetLife coverage to reset, giving us another 5–6 covered hours to come back for the revisions. We were time constrained by upcoming travel, they were kind enough to adjust the schedule so that we can finish necessary paperworks on time. Video call with Cynthia Lee was helpful for us to know more what to put in that I might have missed. The office was responsive to my emails. They told me to hold the shipping of official document until we come back and they did it so exactly.

Cynthia Lee was recommended to me by another law office to help me complete trust documentation. We had several meetings and she was very thorough.
