I work with First American Title in Medford regularly. The Title and Escrow department has highly trained and professional staff. I recently had a transaction that relied on 3 properties closing consecutively on a Friday. This can be a very difficult thing to accomplish. Kristin Whisman and her team collaborated with Sarah Amaya and her team to pull of what is nearly impossible. There were a lot of moving parts that they handled expertly. I am very thankful for their hard work and highly recommend them!
