Horrible customer service! I bought my tickets plow about 5 years ago and for the most part they were helpful. But then I just needed some information about my purchase called multiple multiple times and talked to several people all said they would call me back never did. Finally they just said we can’t help you. Well I will remember that next time I spend over $10,000 for my next plow! Thank you Ameritech!
Pauls is absolutely amazing on tracking down parts for me! She is my go to parts person! She is extremely fast and also sends emails will detailed parts info that sure is helpful.
Brandon, Cris and their team did excellent. Couldn’t be more satisfied. They were efficient. Kept me up to date and did what they said they would. Highly recommend for any and all modification installs for work trucks and more.
