Great service never any issues
Truly terrible experience on all fronts: 1) did not follow delivery instructions, 2) propane costs 40% more than in other places, 3) disastrous customer service (partially outsourced to India so its hard to understand what they are saying, they don't understand what you want and their ability to do anything about the issue you are calling about appeared to be very limited.)
They are horrible. They over charge because we have a wood stove they charged rent. Then ,Took a year to buy the tank charging us rent the whole time. Waiting on a paper work they won't send the bill of sale. Call every week
For the second time our delivery has been screwed up this time not even in our delivery time frame this is completely unacceptable it is 20 something degrees outside and we have bit heat other than small electric heaters, no hot water, and no oven or stove. It’s not the fault of any drivers or customer service it’s the fault of the entire system simply because it’s a national business where as I call from say New York and someone in California picks up.
