Trying to switch to natural gas but they are trying there hardest to not come get there tank out of my yard and they keep sending me bills for it. I have also been very frustrated with them the last couple years as you can’t get ahold of anyone. I would not recommend them even to my worst enemy.

Higher prices. Call center in India. Will charge you close $ 600 to cancel service.

All phone numbers go to the same answering services and non of the people can speak English, and they can't understand what I am saying. "Ameri"-gas????? Terrible customer service!!! My brother passed away and all that I'm trying to do is to get the account and billing address changed to mine and it's been 3 days of phone calls and emails and it still hasn't been resolved. Trying to claim our tank as theirs even though they don't own it. Hasn't been filled in 4 months and left us without propane in negative temps. Tried to get emergency fill up and never received it. Now they are trying to charge us for the tank they dont own and propane we never received.

ZERO STARS! Since Amerigas closed the local office, company has been terrible. Will not honor locked in price. I have a prepaid credit they will not refund ( prepaid 1,000 gallons / refund owed due to last years mild winter 2023) . Call center is overseas and not helpful and no one can seem to find a supervisor or billing to help me. Awful ! Should be called AsiaGas instead of AmeriGas!
