I had my 17 year old water heater replaced this morning be AmeriFlow. The technician, Cesar Jr., arrived at the beginning of my service window, which is always a win! He was professional and personable. He answered questions that I had regarding my new unit and was able to clear up misinformation I had about RO systems. He is definitely an asset to the company and I would recommend him and the company based on this experience. P.B.
We bought our system from Spencer's and they recommended Ameri-Flow for installation. 7 months after they installed the plumbing for the drain came un done flooding the area. When they looked at it they said someone must have kicked it? My 86 year old in laws live in the house and are both on walkers so there is no way they kicked anything. The person Ameri-Flow sent to repair even said "we did a bad job installing this system" but his boss said too bad so sad since it has been 7 months since install. Shame on them and Sham... read more
