I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for a while now, and they’ve worked on three of my cars over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was by far the worst. My car was with them for over three months with zero communication from their end. The only times I received any updates were because I reached out first. Been going to them for over 25 years. Today 3/22 waited 5 hours for a part to come in. Mind you, I called 2 days in advance for them to order the part. Was told the part would be there. It wasn't! Do you think I was offered a discount. Nope ! Decide for yourself.......
