First all they had the car for 75 DAYS!!!! I just had the worst experience they are very unprofessional they don’t know anything that’s going on when you contact them they are clueless I had to take my car to another shop because they couldn’t fix or figure out anything then have a nerve to charged me 900 DOLLARS an think they are slick by adding extra charges to get more money out of you so yall I don’t recommend this shop it is nothing that it used to be that’s all ima say god bless anyone who brings there car to this shop... read more
If I could give negative stars I would I waited to get my truck fixed to be sure by another shop Montrose Garage in Rockville to write my review and I hope everyone reads this I took my truck to these ppl to get my Ml63 amg truck look at buy them and the hand my truck for almost 2weeks and kept telling me it will be looked at today and they will let me know then quotes me 1 price says they not gonna double charged me and the did telling me that it’s gonna be 4,600 to fix the front doors then if I order parts it will be 3,500... read more

It’s been a WHILE since I’ve been to AmeriBenz, but the guys ALWAYS took good care of me and the v12s in my CLs (shows how long ago I used to go). Great service, super fairly priced, quick turnaround, magnificent people.
These guys are the real deal. The lady at the front desk (forgot to ask her name) is super nice. Abraham and Abel are super knowledgeable. The mechanics got my B3 service very quickly. As well as my coolant flush and differential fluid change. They made sure everything was done right and im very happy with their work. The shop is clean and the office always smells good. Thank you guys, keep up the great work !
