This place is not worth it customer service is horrible , called to see how my onboarding was some lady called Bri answer the phone had a dam attitude like if she own the dam place does not have my customers service is rude need to take a class in how to be nice person If some one ask me what there number from I to 10 I would say ZERO!!!!’ Like I said don’t apply at this place is a joke

I had hoped for a positive experience at Amergis but unfortunately, it has been quite the opposite. The management does not seem to value its employees, leading to a lack of morale among the staff. Communication within the company is severely lacking; important information is often not shared, leaving employees feeling disconnected and undervalued. This place is so unprofessional and I must say I never worked somewhere that has so many lies. I worked for free for 2 days and it was payroll fault and they never gave me my money the little $224. So never apply with them please

I was assigned a client and immediately I asked to be taken off the case the first day I was assigned I knew it wasn't a good fit. Was told that I had to wait until they could find me another client, I waited and nothing happened I was physically attacked almost every day or my client was physically attacking other people.
