Unreal experience with this company! After my mother passed away unexpectedly in Oct 2022, I took moved into her residence to care for my little sister who had lived with her and has Down's syndrome, Autism, and several physical disabilities that require her to need 24 hour care. Her life support machines cause a larger bill. When I moved in, my mother had an outstanding balance of over $1,000. They are a horrible Ameren gets NO Stars! They treat us bad with service and high prices because they are our only choice. I hate that Missouri only got one option for electric services.

Within 10minutes of initial call. Ameren was at my house taking care of a low hanging line from pole to house. Chris the repairman was amazing. Quick, efficient, did a great job. Impressive Service!!
Tried to get help with my electric bill thru one of their veteran programs. Tells me to contact the agency. But nobody ever calls me back. Ever. Been over a year. I guess they only support veterans on the surface, but never actually put anything towards it.
