Worst company I've ever dealt with, monopoly and they know it, Ameren is greedy and that is all
Unreal experience with this company! After my mother passed away unexpectedly in Oct 2022, I took moved into her residence to care for my little sister who had lived with her and has Down's syndrome, Autism, and several physical disabilities that require her to need 24 hour care. Her life support machines cause a larger bill. When I moved in, my mother had an outstanding balance of over $1,000.
