Probably should avoid if you can. Can’t help with simple things over the phone almost anytime I call. They are nice but nothing never gets done my last bill had a saver plan on it that didn’t work out so I switched it back to a normal plan and the next month it was still on the saver plan which was $120 higher I found out it’s because I switched it approximately 1 day into that billing cycle. So in respect I paid $120 for 1 day of usage. How lovely.

They have responded twice with safe and experienced people during extreme weather events that knock out power on their end. I have video of the restoration now if they want it?🤗

I couldn't be happier when I made a call on a Monday at 2:00 in the afternoon & having a tree limb removed on a power line by 2:00 the very next day. I live in Columbia, Mo. & made the call for my mom that is 93 ( I love her). The Lady employee I spoke to was excellent to speak to. It has been a long time since I have spoken to anyone at a business like I talked to her. I sure miss those day's. Ameren is the Best. Customer Service would get a 10 if available. The Utility workers everyone have been super to notify me text whenever service is off & when will be back on. I could list a number of issues like this that they have helped me. Thank You Ameren MISSOURI!!
