I spoke with Danny on the phone to get help with account and he was a peach. Great work, very fast and accurate
For one i wouldn't even give them a star .But when you talk to somebody there.They assume they know how you live inside your home.That makes me laugh, and then they're not even at work.You hear their tv in the background, their kids screaming and then they want to hurry up and get you off the phone.I guess so they can go back to watching tv.I don't know but ameren needs to do better.Ive lived in big places with five kids and never in my life paid what they are telling me what my cost WILL be lol which I 3 times thee amount I... read more
