First part of review was in summer of 2023, 11 hours and counting without electric and no explanation or estimation when it will be restored major inconvenience with a baby, so much food lost. Second review is May 21, 2025, now moved to another home about 5 minutes away, 8 hours and counting no eletric, lost more food, still no estimation of when it will be restored but atleast I don’t have a baby this time. Update both times I went 19 hours without electric. Lost so much food, The second time it was on my son’s birthday.

I have 2 disabled children living at home requiring medical devices!!! They took me off budget billing and are forcing me to pay over $1100 that I don't have or get my lights cut off. They gave me 2 days to pay it which I can't! Got with Easter Missouri action agency that agreed to pay it but they haven't received it yet!!! They won't even give me 24 hours to wait on the pledge!!! Worst and most expensive electric company I've ever dealt with. Recently moved from Springfield,MO living in a 3 bed 2 bath double wide. The highest bill i ever had was about 220 dollars. Now I move to southeast Missouri on Ameren and my bill is almost 250 dollars for 1 month in a 2 bed 1 bath single wide! I drive 1 hour to work and work 12 to 13 hour shifts and drive 1hour back.
