The billing is off!!! Every one please go back two years and look at your billing. I have found a discrepancy in mine in 2024. Now they are trying to do it again for May 2026!! We need to take this to a media outlet! I will be digging in and will find one. I will reply back to this post one I do. This is corporate bullying at it finest! I asked if they had a recommended rate plan, the answer was NO. However they have budget billing. In a matter of a month I have visited my parents home on two different occasions, and experience power outages. Ameren continues to give the customers in this rural area the run around and will not address the consistent power outages and brown outs that have been occurring. This is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age for a company to take advantage of the elderly, many of them widows.
