Ameren over bills for the service. They have the worst customer service. SUPPOSEDLY, Ameren has a computer system to find disruptions of services but it takes several hours to find the disruption. Then it takes several hours to repair it. WHST DOES AMEREN REALLY DO WITH IT'S REVENUE???
