I wish I could give a zero star. It is impossible to get any strait answers from the call center. I got 4 different people tell me 4 different things and my gas is still not on despite calling multiple days. It is going to be 5 tonight and they seem to not care

More than just a repair, it was peace of mind! I want to give a huge, heartfelt thank you to the Ameren team here in Springfield. After a big tree limb came down and cracked our gas meter, I was incredibly worried. Ameren's response was not only fast and professional, but genuinely caring. What really touched me was the crew's thoughtfulness.
