They hire Wrights tree service to trim trees & when you call to complain about yard damage, over trimming or a mess left behind all you get is excuses. Not even a simple apology. They have a monopoly. They don’t care. Things would surely be different if they had to compete for our business.
The linemen that are sent out from this location are extremely poor in customer service. It took over 4 hours to come out and then when they did the job was deemed too much work at the end of the day and they had left before I could arrive home and talk with them about the situation. When I had called back to get in touch with this worker he answered immediately with attitude. If I could switch providers I would.
The ONLY reason im giving three stars is bc FINALLY was able to get to the bottom of why the bill skyrocketed. Thank you to Sasha for all your work. We found out our supplier was changed without our knowledge. According g to Ameren the Mayor/Governor issued a policy that if u dont opt out of requests for provider changes they CHANGE YOUR PROVIDER! But u still pay Ameren. So please always check who the provider is. That info is found on page one of the bill according to Ameren.
They are robbing all of us right infront of our faces. In august my bill was over 250 bucks a month with a low kWh. In winter i have a high kwH and bill is still high. This company should have to pay out millions for how much they are stealing! I cant wait to get lawyers involved into this and maybe finally us customers will get what is owed to us
