Thanks for the increase in my bill. Went from $120 a month to $350 with absolutely nothing changing. The info on your website says a 20% increase. Someone there does not know math.
They said our rates would raise by 15%, my bill more than tripled. From about $100 a month to over $300. If you have ANY other choice, avoid this company!!
They WILL continue to charge your account if using auto pay function, even if you call and schedule the end of service AHEAD of time. They do not care, they will take your money, and they will gladly tell you to take that phone you used to call them, sit, and spin on it twice because they will not refund you a single cent.
