I understand the amount of work that needs to be done, but unfortunately I’m extremely frustrated, stressed, and unsatisfied. We have been going on now for 3 days without power, and not a lot of communication, not nearly enough. We drive through multiple blocks and our own neighborhood- everyone has power except for us and 7 other houses on our street. Absolute joke. They provide no reliable updates at all besides ‘We have no estimate’ Street lights are still down but they got a bar up and running asap!! Beyond useless
I honestly have no clue how this place is still operating. Politely asked if we could get out of a 3rd party supplier and to get a meter check to make sure everything was fine. (We’ve had issues with some of our appliances and wanted to make sure nothing is messing with our usage.) The customer service representative was unnecessarily questioning why we wanted a technician and refused us any sort of technician service.
