Nothing has changed in our house, I turned the air up to 75 then my bill went up another 10$. I went from $179 for month of May to $312 for month of June! There should be other options for quincy il!
2 months and not in the middle of winter and this disgraceful electric company calculates that 2 months calls for over $700 and when I'm on the phone and you people are not trying to figure this problem out but instead insist that's just how it is. Too many add on charges and fees. Living in other States who charge a one time fee to connect you to service when you move in, I'm surprised to see Ameren charges for it every single month, under "Connecting service to the address." Its been installed since the house was built. Stop charging for it.
First off they kill me they charge these demand charges you're getting a little bit rude with your words unprofessional then you are supposed to pay back what we don't use in solar panels but still get charged a fortune also why am I paying you for my solar panel box it's not your's but your charging me a fee for it.
