2 months and not in the middle of winter and this disgraceful electric company calculates that 2 months calls for over $700 and when I'm on the phone and you people are not trying to figure this problem out but instead insist that's just how it is. Just a fair warning if this isn't figured out then I'll pay for a lawyer to figure out the actual amount I owe
Too many add on charges and fees. Living in other States who charge a one time fee to connect you to service when you move in, I'm surprised to see Ameren charges for it every single month, under "Connecting service to the address." Its been installed since the house was built. Stop charging for it.
First off they kill me they charge these demand charges you're getting a little bit rude with your words unprofessional then you are supposed to pay back what we don't use in solar panels but still get charged a fortune also why am I paying you for my solar panel box it's not your's but your charging me a fee for it. Pritzers so money hungry pretty soon Quincy Illinois will be a ghost town because people can't afford to live here the only ones here will be the people he brings in Americans will be out siders

Absolutely terrible. Ameren shutoff gas to our house on a Friday 20 days after moving in. Yes I know it’s our fault for not setting up service. But, a technician came out and shut off gas without notifying anyone. Now, we have no stove to cook on until Monday at the earliest. With kids meals planned now we have to order food. I would give zero stars. For a company this size they should have someone available to turn gas on 24/7/365.
