Just the worst when it comes to a power supplier, but due to our country being so screwed up we have little to no choice. Customer service is non-existent. Reporting an outage and receiving updates is frustrating at it's best. Then when calling they want you to go to their website to report and follow an outage? Really?? If I have no power I have no internet or computer!!! This shows you how much time and effort they put forth into their customer service. Been without power for 24 hours and they don't know when it will be resolved and funny it is still the same amount of people without power. Have not seen one of there trucks out anywhere working on the problems
SET MY HOUSE ON FIRE!
Had a pymt arrangement to pay our agreed upon amount fir today. They shut power off anyhow. Last week rep told husband he could pay by today. Rep today said because it wasn't paid by 7 am, that is why they shut us off. Original rep said nothing about 7 am cut off. Now have to pay full back amount (which is leftover of "budget amount" to get turned back on. Husbands social security check is gone for the month now. Thanks, Ameren.
