Buyers Beware!!! Been receiving laser hair removal in the bikini area. Since Tahira left, any and everyone is able to view your privates. No real consistency. Wait time is unbelievable. Why have an appointment if the appointment is not honored? If I did not already have a package, I’d find somewhere else to get treatment. Called twice to speak to the manager, Rebecca, so she is aware of what is going on. Apparently she is too busy too come to the phone or return a phone call. I had a wonderful microdermabrasion facial with Ashley at the League City location! She took the time to make sure I knew what to expect and made sure I felt pampered. The mask and hot towels at the end were the perfect touch. Everyone at the spa was friendly and professional. I will definitely book again!
