We have a steam unit that has not worked since we bought the home. I finally got around to trying to fix the unit. When I called tech support, Mike Colella was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. He took lots of time to help me troubleshoot what was wrong and explore options to remedy the situation. Mike was great. I was very impressed. He delivered what tech support should be.

Unbeatable customer service. Since we all complain when something isn’t right, I’m happy to report what an unexpected pleasure dealing with Amerec has been. We put in two steam generators in a big double shower 11 years ago, and they have run flawlessly. when the remote control unit broke this year, Amerec had us send it to them, and they repaired one part and replaced the other for free, with no charge!
