Never got the email they said they sent, and i realized there was a deduction on july 9th so i called them and canceled that day. I have been charged 3 more times! Sending out an email is not ME agreeing to insurance..i never agreed to buying insurance thru them...if you take out any more out of my check, im going to flip out! Nearly $40 for something i didnt want or need and you say i cannot get a refund....i bet if people started breakout windows on your office you would not take out money without authorization . This is the worst insurance ever, doesn’t cover anything, the providers suck. Just go with a different insurance if you can.

Do not get there insurance. There taking your money and want cover anything at all. Be aware do not get there insurance. U will be ripped off!
There is one doctor in my area that accepts their insurance but they are not accepting new patients. USELESS INSURANCE. I HAVE ALREADY PAID ALMOST 4K AND RECEIVED NOTHING IN RETURN. I CANNOT GO TO THE DOCTOR. I TRIED TO CANCEL AND THEY SAID NO I CANNOT UNTIL END OF YEAR. SO I WILL END UP GIVING THEM 3000 MORE FOR NOTHING. THAT IS 7000 FOR NOTHING
