Worse experience ever! Don’t use that bank. No customer service
The costumer service was so friendly and helpful I’m grateful. They met my request efficiently and promptly.
Everything was great while theyre getting your business. Then you realize they are behind everyone as far as technology and making things easy on the customer. Can't get anyone to ever answer phones. Getting my loan paid off has been a complete hassle. Ended up paying 20$ to do a wire transfer because you cant even reach anyone at the dang bank!
