I come here every month to deposit a cheque of a loan installment in my friends account . I use the drive through every time but today they refused to deposit the cheque said u have to come in the bank coz the drive through is only for the bank account holders. I find it really so weired .. been to so many banks even if I’m an account holder or not they never had any problems….i find it very offensive.I’ll ask my friend to give me another bank as I’m not coming back …
