Our hats off to Dennis and his team (Tony). Since the lift has been installed no issues and the lift looks great and installation was smooth and prompt. Good quality product and great staff who is courteous and hard working. Recently we broke the lift and Dennis had team member Tony out within 2 business days to fix our negligence/mistake. We are very pleased with the product and more so, the service!
Have ordered several lists from this Manufacture. Dennis and his crew go above and beyond. Installs go as planned. Clients love the composite flooring and love some of the upgrades . Racheal in the office is always available with any answers needed. If she doesn't have an answer she will get with Dennis. Shout out to Thomas one of his installers what an amazing job he does. I highly recommend this company for all you lift needs.
Denis (the Owner) and his technician Tony Grounds provide good service for a cargo lift product they both stand behind proudly - the reason - is because the product produces great results. We recently upgraded our lift to a brand new Italian engineered model - one that came with "station pads". What are station pads you say? These pads are installed on the your home (see pictures) - in our case we had one installed on the exterior of our home near our lower and upper decks.
