My family and I were coming back from lunch at Jasons Deli and saw a sign for Cruise Specials, so we stopped in without an appointment. The first thing I noticed is that the place was filthy, had an inch of dust on everything. Then the guy that helped us was unshaven, and he smelled bad, and to make things worse he was very abrupt and rude when I asked questions about the prices. Ive never been on a cruise and I didnt know about the taxes and gratuities. Needless to say, I think its easier just to book it online.
