unprofessional and rude. went with my mother who is elderly and Ill for a routine check up and had the worst experience ever. The technician who was was giving my mother the transfusion had his mask down and had the sniffles. So I asked him to put his mask on, he replied by saying "how many things can I do at the same time" and refused to put it on. So I repeated my self.
