I have been a patient of Dr. Kassar for 5+ years, he is a kind and attentive doctor and I prefer seeing only him. With that being said, I do understand there will be a wait due to patients only wanting to see him...he explains things in detail and tries not to rush, but waiting over an hour PAST appt time becomes extremely frustrating because you cannot plan anything after the appt as you have no idea how long you'll have to wait. If I could give -5 star I would. Waiting over 2hours for an appointment. Waiting 2 weeks for bloodwork and diagnosis. Dr Kassar mumbling quickly and understanding every other word. Calling to make appointment or calling their billing to pay and nobody answering. This office is a BIG disaster.
Every time I have called I have been placed on an extensive hold. Reception needs better training answering/ending call. I was excited to meet with Dr Kassar but disappointed in the experience of the front desk
Imagine scheduling a first opening appointment, only to walk in to a standing room of patients?! So all 10 people were scheduled at the same time? At every single appointment this is the situation!!! Clearly this office double, triple, quadruple books in each time slot. Wait time is always 90 minutes or more. My husband has quarterly appointments here, and unfortunately the wait times are unacceptable. He arrives on time every visit, yet still ends up sitting in the waiting room for 60–90 minutes before anyone even calls him back. It’s happened so often that he’s had to leave without being seen in order to make it to work. It’s clear this office is scheduling far beyond what they can handle. We understand delays happen occasionally, but this level of consistent overbooking shows a lack of respect for patients’ time.
